The Reverend Bridget Coffey
Rector
The Rev. Bridget Coffey began serving as the seventh Rector of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church in the fall of 2017. A lifelong Episcopalian originally from Maryland’s Eastern Shore, Bridget is passionate about preaching, discipleship, and helping congregations grow in faith, connection, and service.
Bridget earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Christopher Newport University and a Master of Divinity from The General Theological Seminary in New York City. Ordained to the priesthood in 2009, she has served in congregations in the dioceses of Easton, Lexington, and Virginia. Before coming to St. Andrew’s, she served for six years as Assistant Rector of Christ Church in Winchester, Virginia.
In addition to her parish ministry, Bridget is active in the wider Church. She currently serves on the Standing Committee of the Diocese of Ohio, as Dean of the West Mission Area, Secretary of Convention, and as a Deputy to General Convention.
Bridget values authentic preaching, transparent leadership, and collaborative ministry.
She is grateful for the opportunity to serve alongside the people of St. Andrew’s as they seek to follow Jesus, grow in faith, and share God’s love with their neighbors.

Laura Empie
Parish Administrator
Laura has faithfully served as Parish Administrator for over 30 years. She oversees the church office, prepares worship bulletins, and serves as the interface for all activities in the building. Originally born in California, she grew up at St. Andrew's and her parents still attend. She attends a Catholic parish in Perrysburg and loves spending time with her grandchildren.
