The Reverend Bridget Coffey
Rector
The Rev. Bridget Coffey began as St. Andrew's Seventh Rector in Fall of 2017. Originally from the East Coast, Bridget is a lifelong Episcopalian. She earned her bachelor's degree in marketing and leadership studies from Christopher Newport University and her Master of Divinity from The General Theological Seminary in New York City. Bridget came to St. Andrew's from the Diocese of Virginia, where she served as the Assistant Rector at Christ Church in Winchester for six years. Prior to that, she served in the dioceses of Lexington and Easton.
Bridget currently serves as the Dean of the West Mission Area and was a deputy to General Convention in 2024.

The Rev. Megan Allen-Miller
Curate
The Rev. Megan Allen-Miller began as the Curate of St. Andrew's and All Saints' Episcopal Churches in the Fall of 2023. Originally from Akron, Megan was raised in the Roman Catholic tradition and was received into the Episcopal Church in 2015. She earned her bachelor's degree in History with a minor in Museum Studies from Walsh University and her Master of Public Administration from the University of Akron. After holding various positions in both the nonprofit and public sectors, Megan earned her Master of Divinity from The Seminary of the Southwest in Austin, TX. Megan came to St. Andrew's and All Saints' after completing a year-long Clinical Pastoral Education residency at Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo, OH.
Megan currently serves on Diocesan Council.

Nick Bai
Minister of Music
Chinese pianist Nicholas Zehao Bai, hailed as “…Delicate yet powerful…” (Lander University Press), is a rising star in the classical music world. Born into a musical family, Zehao began piano at three and debuted at 14. After moving to the U.S. in 2012, he studied with Dr. Washington Garcia and later with Steinway Artists Marina Lomazov and Joseph Rackers at the Eastman School of Music, where he earned his master’s and doctoral degrees.

Zehao has won top prizes at prestigious competitions, including the Heida Hermanns, Seattle International, and GOCCA International Piano Competitions. He has performed extensively across the U.S. and China, collaborating with orchestras such as the Virtuosi Brunenses Symphony Orchestra and Williamsburg Symphony Orchestra. As an active chamber musician, he frequently performs with his partner, Ke’er Wang, including at the Southeastern Piano Festival and Texas State International Piano Festival.

Currently a piano and music technology professor at the University of Toledo, Zehao also serves as a jury member for competitions like the Arthur Fraser International Piano Competition. Together with Ke’er, he co-founded the Miaomiao Piano Festival in China and co-directs Keyboard Explorations at Eastman’s Summer@Eastman program. Their dedication to music education and community enrichment continues to inspire audiences worldwide.

Laura Empie
Parish Administrator
Laura has faithfully served as Parish Administrator for almost 25 years. She oversees the church office, prepares worship bulletins, and serves as the interface for all activities in the building. Originally born in California, she grew up at St. Andrew's and her parents still attend. She attends a Catholic parish in Perrysburg and loves spending time with her grandchildren.
